Hi! My name is Catherine Garceau (Cat). Welcome to the home of my multifaceted outreach to invite others, who like me, are ready to let go of the negative labels of ‘eating disorders’ and instead, gain understanding, practice and acceptance for a whole new way of being…a way of being that honors the full expression of our Soul, leading us out of food addictions, isolation and depression!

Blending in the heroic journey of the Olympian with the many dynamic components it takes to rise to the top, I created the Wellness Olympiad for us to rejoice in the journey rather than the destination… To learn, grow, connect and BE REAL as we embrace the complete experience of this school called life! No matter how subtle or intense our negative relationships with food and body have been, they ARE a doorway into the seed of our soul. I invite you to come along, slow down, go deep and discover the truth that lies within you! |
I could list countless horrific statistics on the epidemics of eating disorders, addiction, obesity and depression of today.
Instead, I’ll focus on the good news by inviting you in two ways:
